Blueprints are a collectable in Heart of Chornobyl that unlock upgrades for various weapons and armors, similar to the Flash Drives in Clear Sky.

Weapons
AS Lavina
- Blueprint: Adjusted Bolt Locking Lugs: Found at the Swinery, hidden on a support beam in the eastern barn. Reached by moving a box to the northern shelf, climbing up to the roof and climbing onto the beam via a hole in the roof.
Integral-A
- Blueprint: Return Mechanism Sleeve Tightener: On a corpse in the Hydroelectric Station's underground workshop. The body is laying against some lockers, behind the broken Scanner.
M10 Gordon
- Blueprint: Rubber Layer: Given by The Ninth during The Lost Boys if Skif sides with him, or can be found in a backpack on the roof of the Iron Forest Gate building.
Kharod
- Blueprint: Counterbalance: Found in a backpack hidden in a small ally at the Outer Checkpoint.
Rhino
- Blueprint: Buckshot Conversion: Found at the Fairy Tale Pioneer Camp, on the roof of the north-eastern building, on the little balcony in a safe. This blueprint additionally unlocks the Ergonomic Handguard upgrade.
VS Vintar
- Blueprint: Return Mechanism Sleeve Tightener: Found at the Port Cranes, in a duffle bug on the second floor of the building.

SEVA Suit
- Blueprint: Protective Coating: Found in the Death Cave, in a Backpack next to the skeleton with an Artifact.
Seva-D Suit
- Blueprint: Aramid Lining: Found in Wild Island at a waste dumping area north of the Shelter. In the underground access in a duffle bag next to a body, guarded by Burers.
- Blueprint: Camel Hydration System: Found in a safe in the Concrete Forest underground. Safe is found in a trapped room, found by going through a gate on the south side of the hallway with the Lightning Ball.
Seva-V Suit
- Blueprint: Protective Coating: Found at the Canning Factory in the northern warehouse, in a duffle bag in the back. Requires platforming on shelves to reach.
Sphere M20 Helmet
- Blueprint: Aramid Lining: Found in a safe, on top of a crumbling concrete structure south west of the Plant. The safe can be reached by jumping into an enormous Space Anomaly south of the Rostok trading hub, near the Bar.
PSZ-12V Bulat
- Blueprint: Camel Hydration System: Found in a backpack near a Scanner at the highest climb of some metal scaffolding east of the SKD Assembly Unit.
Exoskeleton
- Blueprint: Elimination System for Poisonous Substances: Found in a backpack at the Military Checkpoint, on a table at the end of the barracks.
Cuirass Exoskeleton
- Blueprint: Elimination System for Poisonous Substances: Found in a backpack on the roof of the Krug Antenna Complex detached substation.
