Jeffry was a character in the original concept of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series: Oblivion Lost, who was portrayed as a space marine of sorts.
His model went on and appeared in previous builds such as Build 1098 as a playable character and Build 1154 as a placeholder for Spetsnaz units. His armor is also the basis of the Berill-5M armoured suit which appears in all S.T.A.LK.E.R. games to date.
