Kitsenko is the leader of a Duty squad guarding the southern checkpoint of the Bar. When talked to, he may provide the player with information about the Bar and its several sublocations. He has a single, repeatable side quest which requires the player to eliminate a group of blind dogs and pseudodogs to the south of the checkpoint.

Related missions

• Purge the dog lair: Kitsenko wants the player to kill the dogs gathered at the south of the checkpoint, in exchange for a Meat Chunk artifact.
