Description
Project FIBER Report
Project FIBER, current status:
Since its inception in 1966 by the young and gifted Associate Prof. Sakharov, Project IRCD-1 (Individual Remote Communication Device), also known as unit “FIBER-1P,” has encountered persistent challenges in advancing beyond rudimentary experimental stages until present.
Despite the project’s official suspension due to technical constraints, such as limited range and susceptibility to interference, Professor Kalancha succeeded in making notable progress by refining and calibrating the equipment to establish a link with the STALKER Program Control Center. This breakthrough revitalized efforts in exploring the transmission and reception of cognitive information over extended distances by leveraging principles of biological radio wave propagation.
