Background

Yaniv Railroad Station is a refuge for Degtyarev's Corps, the protectors of the Boundary, a barricade of railcars blocking the way to Prypiat. The Corps tirelessly patrols the area, hunting and apprehending any stalkers who attempt to reach the Center of the Zone.
