Altered Toast is a quest item in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl.

Description

It is a piece of toast with ash particles floating around it, possibly the same one that Scar recovered from the ashes when he met Skif in Back to the Slag Heap.

Acquisition

It is only collectable if the player doesn't side with Spark. In either Let No One Leave Unsatisfied or The Last Step, the player will have to kill Scar before proceeding further into X7. After defeating him, the player can loot his body for it.
