The Department Store is a location in Pripyat featured in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat.
Description
The "Univermag" (Store in Russian) store is an old department store in Pripyat, in the central part of the city. The front part of the store is guarded by Blind dogs, while its interior is infested with Rodents.

The area will be likely visited by the player in order to get the Calibration Kit inside. The kit is at the entrance of the basement. There are two ways inside the building:
- The front entrance will avoid the player going through the basement, although the interior is maze-like and full of rodents.
- A manhole near the Grocery Store, although the player will have to go through the anomalous basement.
There is nothing valuable there besides the Calibration Kit there. Random Loners and Mercenaries may explore the building, although this is rare.
The store's basement is an anomaly field. The basement is separated into two levels - the first one has a Comet anomaly roaming around, the second has Fruit Punch anomalies and spawn artifacts. The first artifact there is a rare Bubble, and random chemical artifacts may appear there, although rarely. It is generally advised to avoid the Comet level as it has nothing valuable and the Comet can easily kill the player, although if one would like to go through the basement, it's the quickest way if one manages to avoid the Comet.
